Sustainability FAQs
How do you decide what gets recycled versus donated?
Our logistics team performs a secondary sort at our consolidation centers. We prioritize charities first (furniture, clothing, appliances). If an item isn't usable, we break it down into raw materials for recycling.
Do you handle hazardous waste eco-friendly?
We do not accept hazardous waste (chemicals, wet paint). However, we partner with municipality-approved recycling centers and provide our clients with information on where to drop these specialized materials safely.
Are you contributing to the UAE's Net Zero 2050 goal?
Yes! Our entire operational model is built around waste diversion. By reducing the volume of waste sent to landfills, we help lower methane emissions and conserve original raw materials.
